HRM Section

·         Implement conditions service (appointment,  in rank service terminations, promotions, transfers, housing, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, pilir and other fringe benefits in accordance with prescribe policies and other prescipts) .

·         Capturing of all persal transactions on system

·         Assist with implementation of employee performance management

·         Assist with administrative process during recruitment and selection

·         Processing of Medical Aid

·         Maintain and update all staff personal, leave, housing files

·         Issuing of payroll

·         Capturing of all types of leave on persal

 

 

Finance Section

Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
Performing account reconciliations and audits
Take telephone calls and direct to relevant officials
Admin Section:

·         To provide secretarial support functions such as to arrange and prepare meetings, agendas, typing and taking minutes.

·         Answer and screen all incoming call and forward to the relevant person.

·         Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

·         Maintain good record keeping, filling system

·         Handle confidential documents for the Director

·         Process and submit claims, make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Director

·         Manage the diary as well as receive and hosts visitors at the office.

·         Operate standard equipment (fax, photo copy machine, telephone, computers etc.).

·         Serving of refreshments to visitors during meetings.
